I've been participating in Yuletide on and off for a good while now and it's always a wonderful experience. And it's my Yuletide wish that this will another great Yuletide for me and you, mysterious Yuletide author. On to my requests, shall we?
Fandom: Cynster Family Saga - Stephanie Laurens
Sebastian Cynster, Michael Cynster, Louisa Cynster
Prompt: I want some good explanation for Louisa being known as Lady Wild and how much exactly she has been privy to her brothers' business before the events of the Devil's Brood trilogy. She's obviously been a grande dame in the making since she was a teething baby on her father's lap. So I guess there are many reasons for the moniker. Alternatively, I’d like something about the siblings after they are all married and settled, could be a simple family gathering or assisting Drake with one of his missions.

I can't deny that Sebastian, Michael and Louisa are my favorites of the next generation of Cynsters and I like their sibling dynamics a lot because they're all intelligent enough to know what each of them is capable of but still the typical sibling tension lingers. I'm very intrigued with Sebastian's and Michael's view of their little sister. Feel free to have their parents be a part of the stories 'cause I really do live the OGs.
Fandom: Game Changers Series - Rachel Reid
Ilya Rosanov, Shane Hollander, Troy Barrett, Harris Drover
Prompt: I'd love some post-canon stuff with either or both parings. It can be a Centaurs game, it can be a party, them on vacation, whatever. Feel free to sap it up with romance and fluff 'cause these boys do deserve some nice happy goodness.

I loved these characters the first time I read them and there have been several rereads since I read the Game Changers series for the first time a couple of years ago. I did a reread of Role Model this summer and was just struck by just how lovely Troy and Harris are together, just how devoted to Harris Troy becomes. As for Shane and Ilya? I still get butterflies just thinking about "Does it… feel like agony for you too?" … "Not anymore."
Fandom: CU Hockey Series - Eden Finley & Saxon James
Asher Dalton, Westly Dalton
Prompt: Bring on the Dalton family shenanigans. I like the dynamic of them two as brothers, especially in relation with their younger siblings. Like how did they deal with Emmett and Bennett being queer? How well does Asher manage to keep in touch with his family when he's playing professional hockey? Alternatively, it could be something about Asher and Westly while Westly was still playing in NHL and Asher was going for the draft.

Out of all the characters in the Sadenverse (what I've read of it so far), Asher "Eat shit and die" Dalton is my favorite and I'm very fond of Westly as well. So more of them is what I need. I've also read Emmett's and Bennett's books from the FU series so including the entire Dalton gang is fine by me and any or all (though that would a tall order) of the Sadenverse characters. Though I guess the other CU characters and the Queer Collective would make me the happiest.
Fandom: Sagnet om Lysets rike | The Legend of the Realm of Light - Margit Sandemo
Dolg (Legend of the Realm of Light), Marco av Isfolket (Legend of the Realm of Light)
Prompt: What if Dolg and Marco were in a relationship (like Henrich Reuss probably fantasized about)? I do acknowledge that for the most part they are portrayed as being asexual. That‘s actually something that would be interesting to see explored within the context of a romantic relationship. Alternatively, I just like something from their point of view. It can be either one or both and it can just be about something mundane or any event in the books that would be interesting to get their take on.

This isn't the first time I request this but this idea of Dolg and Marco being in a relationship refuses to leave my mind. It was repeated again and again in the books that Dolg and Marco weren‘t made for earthly love or whatever it was called. And then Marco drinks the clear water and BOOM, suddenly that's changed. Yeah, that didn't impress me much. So my prompt is a bit of a fix-it. When you‘ve got an author like Margit Sandemo who retcons her retcons, you‘re allowed to ask for a fix-it. Plus I just think Marco and Dolg deserved a better ending to their narrative than they got. And also I want to see asexuality explored with people who are in a relationship and that being seen as a spectrum rather than a fixed thing. Dolg does have an idea about his own sensuality (see: the last book of Heksemesteren) even though he never desires anyone. While it can be argued that Marco and Dolg are both aromantic, I'm interested to see them in a romantic relationship.
As for the alternative prompt, I imagine both Dolg and Marco, who have both been to different worlds/dimensions, must have some deeper thoughts and opinions on Lysets rike than we get from them in the books, 'cause Lysets rike definitely has its flaws. If you need a starting point that is. But I’ll be very happy to get a story featuring those two.
Fandom: Crash Test - Amy James
Travis Keeping, Jacob Nichols
Prompt: I want them being happy together post-canon. It can be a slice of life, them at a race, them old in a nursing home. What is important that Travis and Jacob are happy togther. Alternatively I could go for some pre-crash cuteness as well.

I almost perished from the first part of this book and I was very angry at Jacob for a while (haha with the heavy angst dnw). But the happy ending gave me life and I just want more of them happy and in love.
In general, I like to think I’m easy to please. I love light-heartedness, romance, a good dialogue (oh, I love me some good banter), stories with communication, emotions and stuff that feels genuine. I love it when stories are true to the canon, even if they are AUs. Also I love stories about families, whether they are blood-related or found. I think a keen observer might realize that the majority of the fandoms I'm requesting, has many recurring characters in the canon. I'm okay with some canon divergence, a good "what if" scenario is sometimes what the doctor ordered. I tend to like non-AU settings more than AU but a good AU that has great call-backs to the canon, is always fun. I don't have a great preference for AU settings as such though.
I do read dark fic from time to time, but I want to be in total control when I read it. I’m not against little bits of angst but please go easy on death and destruction. Also, I want to read unhappy endings on my own terms, not in a gift fic.
When it comes to any type of bigotry, it has to fit the setting if you know what I mean. The time period the story takes place in, the setting and so on. And it must be relevant to the story. I’m probably stating the obvious but better safe than sorry.
Kink-wise, I love me some steamy fanfiction but like with the dark stuff, I like to control when I read stories with the heavier kinks. Stuff like light BDSM is fine but nothing heavier than that. And please, please stay far away from blood play.
