There are all kinds of rumours flying about casting for PoA the movie. I'm going to tell you a secret. I don't care. It sounds harsh but I don't want to worry about if they are screwing up or not. PoA is a very important book to me and in the ideal world, I would demand that the movie-makers would treat it with the necessary respect but this ain't the ideal world.
There is no need to have some great expectations about the movie. I'm interest how Cuarón will handle this job. I'm not going to mourn scenes that will not make into the movie (nor if the rumours are true ... characters).
Actually the same thing goes for TTT (the extended version) and RotK. I'm looking forward to the releases but I'm not counting on anything (though I must admit ... please, PJ, fix Faramir!!!)
