WRITER'S MEME: Sometimes it's ok to pimp yourself out. Post a list of the top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.
1) Presence of Mind. My newest fic and I'm still in that first flush of love. I'm almost giddy when I think about it, maybe because I didn't carry it around in my head as long as one usually carries a fic and I'm still just with that plot bunny fever - and maybe it's because I'm seriously toying with the idea of a sequel.
2) The Charitable Mr Malfoy. The one fic of mine I reread the most. I wonder if it's because I appear to have a strange kink for sofa sex or because I just had that much fun writing Draco in it. Or because I manage to settle my inner Ron-slasher with the Ron/Hermione shipper in me with the fic? Who knows?
3) Life is Like a Box of Bulgarian Bon-Bons. This one was just so much fun to write. I would love to be able to tap back into that voice again, alcoholic journalist!Ron. He is loads of fun.
4) The Beeping Boyfriend. Of course I love this fic, it's extremely lovable and I wrote it with my lovelysarka and I also remember the fun we had writing it plus it also reminds me of the wittiness of the great jazzqueen who bunnied us.
5)Giving Up Control. One of things that I miss in this fandom, are more kinky and filthy smutty fics featuring either Ron/Hermione or Harry/Ginny. I think I've done a bit of my duty with "Giving Up Control", I can't tell you how much I loved writing all the dirty talk and I get extra perverted pleasure now from having written it in the light of the very wanky pornography discourse which has been going on here in Iceland (a long story but both sides of the discussion have ended up with the full facial - whether they think it's degrading or not).
Gosh, I really am a pervert - these are all R or NC-17 rated.
